Our Story
For us, homebuilding is personal. Jayson Hunnel has spent decades in the residential construction industry, leading teams in sales, marketing, operations and homebuilding throughout the Inland Northwest. That experience shaped a simple belief: a home can be built with the knowledge and discipline of a large builder without losing the personal attention that makes the experience meaningful.
Hunnel Home Builders was created to do exactly that. We stay close to the homes we build, the people buying them and the details that make each one different. We want to grow, but how we grow matters. Every home should reflect thoughtful design, careful construction and the understanding that when the work is finished, someone will call it home.
